There is a difference between traveling interdimensionally and on an interplanetary scale and quickness of action, as when you are in a fight. It’s not the same thing.
Thor is in no way a super-speedster. He’s only a God.
Agreed. Even if Thor can move at “three times the speed of light” or whatever, it doesn’t mean he can think fast enough to make such speed practical. Sure, he may have noticed Beta Ray Bill’s ship; he may also have taken three parsecs to recognize it for what it was. His brain doesn’t work nearly as fast as Quicksilver’s, or Speed Demon’s, or the Runner’s, even if his muscles theoretically can. Besides, moving that fast in an atmosphere is a great way to accidentally kill everyone on Earth unless you have an extradimensional energy force (a “speed” force, for example…?) limiting the effects of your actions.
